LeaseUp 2.1

LeaseUp, an initiative by PATH, collaborates with property owners and managers to address vacancies and support individuals at risk of homelessness in maintaining stable housing. Through an intuitive online listings platform, ongoing assistance, and financial incentives, LeaseUp ensures a seamless process for property owners, managers, service providers, and individuals in search of housing.

Since February 2018, LeaseUp has received funding from the Los Angeles Housing Authority. Presently, we have established partnerships with over 600 property owners and managers throughout Southern California. Our objective is to expand this network of collaborators continually, providing an efficient, equitable, and hassle-free housing solution.
